Sar Pass Trek is perched at 13800 ft. above sea level that offers the magnificence of a stunning verdant landscape. Undoubtedly, it is a heaven for trekkers, adventure freaks, photographers, artists, and nature lovers. The trek passes through some of the most scenic vistas ranging from forests to meadows to snow blankets. While trekking across the path from TilaLotni to Biskeri Ridge, you will see a sprawling stretch of a frozen lake that means “Sar” in the local language. Therefore, the trek is named so “Sar Pass Trek”! Take an insight into the thick forests taking you to a winter wonderland of Himachal Pradesh. The trek is best to go in both the summer and winter seasons. While in summers you can see stunning tranquil surroundings, there, the sprawling carpet of white snow in winters overwhelms your heart in its way.

Sar Pass Trek Itinerary –

Day 1: Kasol Arrival & sightseeing
Your arrival in Kasol will be greeted by our escorting manager. Further, he will accompany you to proceed with hotel transfer & check-in. Freshen up and relax there. The remaining day is leisure, you may plan your day according to your interests. Get ready for a wonderful Sar Pass trail you will be heading on the next day. Pack your bags with all essentials and get set for an upcoming exciting trek. Stay overnight in Kasol.

Day 2: Kasol to Grahan Village Drive | Trekking in Rhododendron Forest
Wake up early morning and relish a wholesome breakfast. Meet our escorting manager and begin your exciting Sar Pass Trek! The easy trail towards Grahan Village is frequently used accessible by locals that will take you through pine forests. Relish trekking in Rhododendron Forests and capture the breathtaking sights. After reaching the GrahanNahal, the trail becomes rocky and steep to climb up. Once you reach Grahan village by evening, settle down and freshen up.
Overnight in the camps.

Day 3: Grahan Village to Min Thatch
After breakfast, begin your trek towards the north of the camping ground at Grahan. Meet the locals on the way while passing through Min Thatch Trail. Walking a little more, you will see the Min Thatch top, Nagaru top, and Sar top on the mountains. Stay along with your group and guide as you walk through the woods that are a bit confusing but charming. Cross over the lush green forests and reach Min Thatch. Overnight at the campsite.

Day 4: Min Thatch to Nagaru 
Relish morning breakfast and trek through the pastoral forests covered with snow. Here you have to be very careful as there are steep slopes and the snow will make trekking a bit difficult. But the guide will help you clear the obstacles and you will finally reach the Nagaru campsite after 4 to 5 hours of difficult trek. Relish the mesmerizing surroundings across the Parvati Valley and witness the small sparkling lights of Manikaran town as dusk falls.

Day 5: Nagaru to Biskeri Thatch
Wake up early in the morning to begin an exciting trek to Biskeri Thatch. Hike up through the snow trails and admire the fascinating peaks of Tosh Valley and reach the Sar Pass Top (4222 m high). Observe the exhilarating views from the top of Sar Pass and spend some time there. Afterward, trek downward to Biskeri and revel in the natural surroundings down to the valley. The downhill slide will provide you an amazing adventure. Reach the Biskeri Thatch campsite by the evening can witness the awe-inspiring beauty followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Biskeri Thatch to Kasol via Barshaini
Wake up with the sunrise and see the splendid views of lofty mountains and pine forests from Biskeri Thatch! After breakfast, start trekking downhill through the dense forests crossing a stream, and reach Pulga. Cross the bridge on Parvati River to reach Barshaini Village where a vehicle will be waiting to drive you to Kasol. Thereby, an amazing Sar Pass Trek concludes with lifetime memories.
