After breakfast, attend a detox session where you will be taught yogic cleaning practices like Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya to purify your body and mind. The afternoon will be filled with an extended guided meditation session to heighten concentration and tranquillity. The evening will be initiated with a candle meditation, wherein one relaxes and gets immersed in the depths of stillness, along with a sound healing session using Tibetan singing bowls to align the inner self. Day 5: Spiritual Practice
